Dear friends in
Russia and also in many other countries!
I am grateful to
you and all the people whom I do not know personally but who have
supported Mikhail and me for the past two years.
Unfortunately, I
am unable to thank each of you in person, so I resort to the help of
my lawyers.
I admire and
marvel at your courage as you hold fast to your convictions and good
conscience against the threat of potential repression by degraded
and totally corrupt officials from different “agencies”.
They are trying to
thrown us in the sea of organized lies in order to conceal the banal
crimes of the most odious authorities such as fraud, theft by
forgery, extortion, arrests and other repressive measures.
I suppose it is
absolutely obvious for everyone who knows me that I do not need to
justify anything. On the contrary, I will prove the criminality of
the intents and methods used in carrying out the fraud of the 21-st
century.
It can be easily
done in any competent, independent and unbiased court, as I have
already proved together with my lawyers in the Constitutional Court
of the Russian Federation when defending my rights and freedoms by
employing all legal means in accordance with Part 2, Article 45 of
the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
I consider the
decision of the Constitutional Court No. 4-P of the Russian
Federation of March 22, 2005 to be the sentence for the whole system
of Basmanny justice including the most philistine court, the Moscow
City Court, the Office of the Prosecutor General and the Ministry of
Justice.
I think that this
decision will ultimately expose the shameful and unlawful practice
of “false enforcement of the law”.
Dear friends!
Be careful,
because these “sham law enforcers” will soon create new
provocations, possibly even against you in order to cover up the
tracks of their own crimes and abuse of power and they are also
capable of effectively liquidating Mikhail and me.
Still, no one
should take offence at our country, feel forlorn or hopeless,
because the root of the problem is the systemic crisis caused by
degraded officials, but not our beloved country itself. I have
already expressed in court my feelings of profound contempt for and
disgust at what they “perpetrate”.
We have an
opportunity to set things right, so that no one will ever feel
ashamed of our country.
I rely on you
primarily to help the people I love and cherish, my family, my
children and grandchildren as I understand that it is most difficult
for them at this time.
No one should
have doubt that the sentence issued by the most philistine court on
May, 31 of this year is the sentence determined by the authorities
and in fact we are going to prove this in competent, independent and
unbiased courts.
